The actual dentists are fine. But for such an expensive place the staff at the desk could be a lot better. I’ve never been treated with so much disdain by the receptionists. They suddenly stopped taking Amex payments due to a “system issue” and they couldn’t care less that it’s my preferred method of payment or that I won’t continue a treatment plan worth thousands.Their only suggestion is I should call now and then to check if it works again.Please send your receptionists to a customer care course.

Have been at this practice for over 30 years. For me , their standards have never changed , always excellent in their work and customer services. The current dentists and hygienists maintain wonderful empathy for their customers and exemplary skill in their profession. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 50 years. Over those many years, and having been seen by several different dentists and hygienists, the service received has always been excellent. All of the staff we have seen have been both friendly and professional and, despite not being our most favourite place to visit, the staff always do their best to put you at your ease. Beech croft is certainly the place to go to if you want a high quality dental service from emphatic staff.

Like a number of reviewers I continue to travel over 100 miles to Beechcroft for my dental care - which I hope says it all. But for people trying to find a good dental practice I will try to describe my personal experiences over the years. Firstly, there are the people: excellent dentists, dental assistants, hygienists and reception staff - all of whom seem to put you at ease, at the same time as executing some (in my case) very intricate dentistry. Then there is the patient experience, which seems to integrate your care between hygienist and dentist for maximum results - which I have found very positive. Then there is the dental technology they have invested over the years, which in my case alone has included: CT Scanners, Complex X-rays, Camera imaging, CAD based Crown manufacture (which has allowed me to have custom fit crowns in a single day), not to mention the updates to patient seats that would not be out of place in a Spa! But finally, and most importantly of course are the Dentists that exhibit REAL pride in what (in my case) has been some very challenging dentistry. So Thank You to everyone at Beechcroft.

I’ve been with Beechcroft dental practice for around 29 years with Tony Cummings until he retired now with Angelo.Best dentists I’ve ever had hence why I’m still with them. I’ve recently moved to West Sussex but still coming back to Beechcroft. Also Anna the hygienist is great too. They all take into account my Trigeminal neuralgia in my face and take care accordingly.

Me and my sons have Dr Abi France who is absolutely lovely and very reassuring for nervous patients. Have used this Dental Practice for over 30 years now. Even though I have moved out of the area, I decided to stay with them even though it’s a bit of a journey. Great service every visit, particularly Emma and Charlotte who are brilliant. It is great to be able to book appointments with the same Dentist and Hygienist each visit. The reception team are also very friendly and helpful.

I started visiting Beechcroft back in 2018 when I had Invisalign through them. Ever since then I have always had a brilliant experience with them. My Invisalign journey was 10/10 and Lester is a great dentist. I now visit for all my check ups I’ve had wisdom teeth removed which was also a very easy experience. Charlotte is also great and I visit her for my hygienist appointments. I’ve recently moved but I will continue to visit due to fact it’s always a calm and easy going experience here.

From the beginning Skye was super helpful on the phone and emails with any questions I had and then once I started I saw Lester who is so experienced and professional and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend Beechcroft Dental Practice to everyone but especially those who are perhaps a bit nervous when it comes to dentists! I see Dr Abi who is amazing, she's clearly a very accomplished and talented dentist but is also kind, friendly and warm. I have had some treatment done with a dentist in the past and I have full faith that when the time comes to redo this work she will do a fantastic job.I see Paula for my hygiene appointments who is perhaps the loveliest hygienist you could see. She is kind, gentle and gives fantastic guidance on brushing, flossing etc to help your teeth be the best. She also is so positive and not negative if there's things you need to improve on!Thank you to the receptionists too who are always friendly and helpful if I need to change appointments, book new ones etc. Thank you all!

Beechcroft dental practice was recommended to me by my daughter. The whole team are friendly and professional, the dental care and service are exemplary. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The waiting room is immaculate, yet calming and restful. I am a nervous patient and would highly recommend this practice for anybody who is nervous. I have been seeing Abi and Paula, they are both calm, gentle and patient. Over time, I have had a root canal, an extraction and a crown fitted, all of which I was dreading, but Abi made me feel at ease and explained everything she was doing. If any work is needed, everything is explained to you and an estimated cost given. I have recently had some cosmetic work on my two front teeth (something I would not have considered before) but they look amazing! Thank you Abi, I love my smile 😄

I am an extremely nervous patient and by that I mean crying, shaking and generally being completely nuts when it comes to visiting the dentist. I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Beechcroft. I returned from the US and needed to complete a crown process.Dr Lester Aldridge was amazing - he knew exactly how to proceed with the implant although the process was done by another surgeon abroad. he needed to order special tools and 2 appointments, and it was all done.Very happy with the treatment.

As a very nervous patient, I have recently had a new Bridge fitted at Beechcroft. This also involved crowning a tooth and an extraction. I would highly recommend Dr Angelo Fernandez for his highly professional but calm, patient and reassuring manner throughout. I have a complicated bite and Angelo has been meticulous in perfecting the best result for me. His dental nurse is wonderful too. 😊

I came across the Practice over 3 years ago. I have been seeing Aby since then and I will definitely recommend her over and over. Her work is very professional, precise and effective. She fixed a chip tooth few months ago in a very short notice. She blended the colour perfectly and ensured the appearance of the new tooth was as the original one. No one notice I have a partly fake tooth. I am definitely very pleased with the work done. The hygienists also provide and excellent work. My family and myself feel in good hands with all the service provided within the practice.

Been coming here for years, since a school kid 50 years ago. Staff have changed obviously but place is always relaxing and welcoming. You just can't beat a converted Victorian house. My one grip, and it's true of all private dental practices, is the cataclysmic charges. Yes its a very skilful job with some astoundingly expensive equipment, but so is open heart surgery, and how much would that cost me..... just saying. Just don't understand why this is not included in the NHS, it's just another part of your body that occasionally needs fixing. I know there are NHS dentists.....somewhere, but you rarely get free treatment. Why is dental care unique ?

I have complex dental issues compounded by a fear of the dentist, so having an understanding and patient dentist who I can trust is extremely important. I have been a patient of Christiaan Miles at Beechcroft for several years, having returned from a holiday with some horrible dental work. He has systematically put my mouth back together and I cannot speak highly enough of his skill, patience, and good humour through it all. Recently switched from NHS to Beechcroft. Appointment was bang on time & Abi & her assistant were very polite, friendly & professional. Abi structured a payment plan in order to make it affordable for me whilst getting the work I require done. It is the best decision I've made & I'm sure I'll be a patient of Abi's for a long time.

In the past, going to the dentist has always been an uncomfortable experience for me but having recently moved to Abi at Beechcroft I no longer feel that way. When I arrived at my appointment I was greeted by Abi and almost immediately taken through to be seen. Abi made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment with her calm and gentle manner. She is very knowledgeable and quickly set up a plan of how to fix my teeth and I look forward to seeing the end results.

Not only is he a tremendous all round expert, but has the friendly charm that makes us quite honestly look forward to our appointments. His approach with children is brilliant. Our 3 year old loved every minute of his appointment! Cannot recommend enough!

Very unhelpful staff. When I said I needed an urgent appointment as a crown had come loose they asked when I was available, and I said tomorrow. The receptionist said 'none available' and didn't suggest any alternative. I suggested several more days with the same response before finally being told there was nothing for another 10 days, and no offer to provide an emergency appointment due to the situation. No empathy, no professionalism, and terrible customer service.

I wanted to add a review after my treatment over the past months and notably last week, when I had a large molar tooth extracted. I highly commend Claire Rilett and the team; friendly, efficient and effective... the extraction was something I'd been concerned about due to a difficult experience with a wisdom tooth at a different dentist, but Claire made the process much more bearable. I have minimal bruising or swelling, so I'm sure it will be much faster to heal. If you want a friendly, professional dentist practice, you've found it.

I've been going to Beechcroft Dentists since I first got teeth (in the 1980s!!). I really highly rate the care from my dentist Emma, she is very caring and considers my teeth within the bigger picture of my (complex) general health issues. I moved away from Wokingham 15 years ago but still travel back the two hour each way journey to go to this dental surgery as it is really good.

I have been visiting this practice for years and am so impressed with Christiaan and Katie that I travel 80 miles to get there. Mad? Absolutely not. Christiaan's chair side manner is relaxing and I trust him and his advice , implicitly. He does not do 'work' unnecessarily and for me, those qualities in anyone, let alone a dentist are worth travelling a million miles for.

My family and I have been attending Beechcroft for many years, and we have always received an outstanding level of service. Christiaan is highly recommended, and is also extremely good at putting my children at ease when visiting. A trip to the dentist has now become a positive experience for them! Useful appointment reminders are received before every appointment, and ALL Beechcroft staff are extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommended practice. 10/10.
